M.Phil/Ph.D ADMISSION NOTICE, 2019
Candidates applied for C.RET , 2019 must take note of the remarks given against their Name and Form Nos. Candidates who did not submit NOC in appropriate format, valid NCL and appropriate PG Marks must submit it to the Department before the Written Test on or before 16.01.2017, failing which they will not be allowed to write the Written Examination
Please go through the following instructions carefully.
1. Candidates eligible for Combined Research Entrance Test (C-RET) of M.Phil/Ph.D 2019 must submit original documents of educational qualifications for verification on the Day of the Written Test (17.01.2019). Also the Candidates are required to submit the photocopy (self-attested) of the documents mentioned.
This is mandatory, failing which the candidature of a candidate may be cancelled by the Departmental Admission Committee.
2. Candidates claiming to belong to reserved category need to submit their caste certificate released by the Govt. of India.
3. Candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC must submit Non-creamy Layer Certificate for the current Financial Year on or before 16.01.2019.
4. Candidates who are in service in permanent capacity must submit No-Objection- Certificate from appropriate authority to the fact that they would be released from their services to attend the Course Work classes in the University Format on or before 16.01.2019.
5. Candidates who have given two separate Percentage of Marks for PG Examination must clarify their percentage of Marks in PG with appropriate document on or before 16.01.2019.
6. Candidates who have submitted their Qualifying Examination Marks in CGPA must intimate it in Percentage form as per formula followed in their respective universities and institutions on the day of the Written Test (17.01.2018).
7. JRF/NET/SLET/M.Phil qualified candidates will also have to appear in the C.RET (Written Test and Personal Interview).
8. A candidate must secure at least Pass marks as per university rules in the C-RET to qualify for personal interview.
9. Candidates qualifying for the Personal Interview shall have to make a presentation on their research interest/area before the Departmental Research Committee.
10. Candidates must report to the Department at 9.30 A.M. on the day of the Written Test (17.01.2019) for verification of Documents.
11. The List of Candidates qualifying for the Personal Interview will be available in the Notice Board of the Department on 17.01.2018 afternoon.
12. Personal Interview will take place on January 17 and 18, 2019.
