DEFINITIONS
Bidder" means the firm/consortium that provides the solution(s), services and/or materials required in the KPF. DAC&FW” means Department of Agricultural Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. OEK” means the Kisan Call Center scheme of the Department of Agricultural Co-operation and Farmers' Welfare.
Trial Period” means the period specified after Partial Acceptance during which the Service Provider's performance obligations with respect to the. RFP” means Request for Proposal, Tender Document or Bidding Document including the written clarifications and amendments issued by DAC&FW with respect to the RFP. Service Provider” means the successful bidder to whom the purchase order has been placed by DAC&FW.
Site” means the location(s) for which the work has been awarded and where the services are to be provided. 34;Third Party Agency” means any agency appointed by DAC&FW for monitoring the work of Service Provider and other related issues.

KKMS also has links with various schemes of DAC&FW, Ministry of Agriculture and. The Service Provider will integrate KKMS and DAC&FW with Contact Center Solution to get the number of callers on the relevant screen of KKMS within 3 months from the award of the contract. However, the cost of repairing, replacing and maintaining the VPN will not be borne/reimbursed by DAC&FW.
DAC&FW will provide one-time funding for the installation of a biometric attendance machine. However, the expenses for repair, replacement and maintenance of the biometric attendance machine will not be borne/reimbursed by DAC&FW. DAC&FW may also decide to subsequently increase the minimum compensation of the FTAs and in that case will repay the increased amount to the Service Provider, taking into account the shift factor of 32%.
The monthly Total Operating Costs per FTA include all infrastructure-related costs of the Service Provider (including the costs of registration fees, installation fees and initial deposits for telephone connections of the KCCs). In exceptional circumstances, DAC&FW may request the Bidder's consent to an extension of the validity period. The final selection of the Service Provider will be made based on the composite score obtained on both the Technical and Financial bids during the evaluation process.
DAC&FW will release payments to the Service Provider within 5 days of receipt of invoice, subject to satisfactory performance of the Service Provider. Acceptance Test (AT) for newly established KCCs will be conducted by DAC&FW. The Service Provider shall send to DAC&FW at the end of the month attested copies of work roll, attendance record and leave log for each month for each Kisan Call Centre.
The Service Provider will be considered to be in control and in possession of the necessary equipment for the proper and normal operation of the System. However, the Service Provider shall continue to perform the Contract to the extent not terminated. There would be a separate unit/lock for KCC when it is located in the general call center of the Service Provider.
DAC&FW has the right to vary quantities, i.e. the number of seats in the KCCs, even completely stopping the KCC for one or more states at the time of award of the contract and/or subsequently at any time during the contract period. For this purpose, the availability of the outgoing PSTN lines and conference facilities must be arranged by the service provider. The Service Provider shall send certified copies of the duty schedule, attendance record and downtime log for each month for each Kisan Call Center to DAC&FW at the end of the month.
Violates any of the important terms of this RFP document or indulges in activities that would jeopardize the interests of the DAC&FW.
