TENDER NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF MISC ITEMS
1. NIEPID, Secunderabad is an Autonomous body On behalf of the Director NIEPID, tenders are invited from the reputed and well experienced bidders on “AS IS WHERE IS” basis.
2. The scope of contract includes lifting of unserviceable items from the premises of the institute.
3. The price quoted should be inclusive of all and the prices to be quoted combine together from Sl.no.
1 to 79 at Annexure A
4. The unserviceable article should be lifted at free of cost from premises.
5. The lifting should be completed within 15 days..
6. All the new firms should submit their copies of previous three similar work orders and copy of the firm registration details.
7. GST registration certificate.
8. Quotation should be computerized and not hand written.
9. The payment should be made before lifting the unserviceable articles.
10. The decision of competent authority is final to accept or reject the quotation.
Your quotation should be addressed to The Director, NIEPID Secunderabad. The quotation shall reach the Director, NIEPID, Manovikas Nagar, Secunderabad - 500 009 latest by 23.09.2019 in a sealed cover superscribed as Quotation for Disposal of Misc unserviceable items at Regional Centre, Navi Mumbai. The sealed cover without superscribing will be rejected. The quotation received after 23.09.2019
will not be considered.
