Centre for Studies in Physical Education and Sports, Dibrugarh University organized AIFF ‘E’ Certificate Course on 1st to 4th April 2023 successfully under the aegis of All India Football Federation and in association with Assam Football Association. Total 24 candidates (male 22 and female 2) were participated in the course. Mr. Chinmoy Borah, B.P.Ed, AFC ‘C’ license coach and AIFF ‘E’ certificate course instructor was acted as instructor of the programme. During the course around 70 grassroots football players of football coaching centre respectively Borboruah Football Coaching Centre, Luitparia Football Coaching Centre, Kapeedhaj Football Coaching Centre and Jadu Shyam Football Coaching Centre were also participated and make the event successful. Centre for Studies in Physical Education and Sports offers special acknowledgement to Mr. Shailesh Karkera, Senior Manager, Grassroots Development, All India Football Federation, Office bearers of Assam Football Association, Dr. Mantu Baro, Director i/ of CSPES for his initiative to hold the programme in the university and Dibrugarh University authority, Dept. of Bodo, DU. Health Centre medical staff, student coordinators respectively Mr. Arup Basumatary, Ansula Muchahary and Alongabar Brahma, Faculty Coordinator of the programme Dr. O.J. Singh Ground helper Mr. Dilip Singh, all the kids and parents, Lengdon Handique (Official photographer) and co. and all the guests of inaugural program of the course respectively Mr. Tashen Bora, fomer international footballer and Mr. Hiren Gogoi, Treasurer, Assam Football Association and guests of closing ceremony respectively Dr. Jituranjan Chetia and Coaches of all the supporting football Coaching centre of the programme for their kind support for successful completion of the course. During the opening ceremony the AIFF E Certificates to the successful candidates of AIFF E Certificate Course held on 24th to 27th February 2023 were also distributed
