Notice for Empanelment of Contractors Notice No. 01 of 2018 Dated: 23.05.2018
Central University of Kashmir intends to empanel the contractors of Class “DEE” & above (Civil, Sanitary & Electrical) registered with the J&K State Government/CPWD/ Railways/
PDD or any such other state/ Central Government agency, for executing minor Civil, Sanitary, Electrical and other allied works of Central University of Kashmir at Ganderbal, for a period of one year.
Eligibility, Guidelines & Last Date
1. Applicants for empanelment should apply in the prescribed form, which along with all other details can be downloaded from CUK’s website www.cukashmir.ac.in and CPP portal.
2. The applications dully filled in the prescribed form may be submitted in a sealed cover clearly super scribing “Application for empanelment of contractors” and addressed to Officer In Charge Campus Development, Central University of Kashmir Tulmulla, Ganderbal. Pin: 191131.
The rest of the details are given in the prescribed empanelment form. Each page of the application & supporting documents should be signed by the Contractor.
3. If the space in proforma is insufficient for furnishing full details, such information may be supplemented on separate sheet stating therein the part of proforma &
serial no.
4. The last date for submission of empanelment document form is 31/05/2018.
5. Cost of empanelment documents & processing charges shall be Rs.1000/- (non- refundable) and to be furnished alongwith the Application Form in shape of Demand Draft favouring Central University of Kashmir payable at Srinagar.
6. Contractors interested in empanelment shall furnish a security deposit of Rs.50,000/- in shape of Demand Draft in favour Central University of Kashmir payable at Srinagar which in case of unsuccessful applicants shall be released subsequently.
7. If a Contractor is applying for more than one category of work, a separate application form along with requisite fee (non-refundable) of Rs.1000/- each shall be furnished.
8. The Contractors will be short listed based on their suitability, experience & other conditions prescribed in the empanelment form.
9. Application containing false & /or incomplete information is liable for rejection.
CUK reserves right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever & decision of the University shall be final.
10. All other conditions in the GCC & CPWD/PDD works manual etc shall be applicable to contractors selected for empanelment.
