Abstract : Classification of Non-linear Boolean functions is a long standing problem in the area of theoretical Computer Science. Firstly an effort has been made to achieve a systematic classification of all n-variable Boolean functions with respect to an affine Boolean function. Finally, starting from the set of all 1 variable Boolean functions, we have identified fifteen different methodologies (depending on various summands) leading to fifteen different classification methods.
We have undertaken two families of proteins for finer classification:
(a) Protein family (Siroheme-[Fe4-S4]) binding and residues for finer classification.
(b) Also the Mer Protein Family.
