Note:

1. This may be treated as circular for the selection Trials for the above mentioned Games and Sports. The prescribed eligibility proforma specimen copy is enclosed herein by the University.

2. The team players are requested to produce filled in prescribed eligibility proforma which has to be signed by the Principal / Competent Authority. Without eligibility proforma no student / team will be allowed to participate in the University selection Trials and the Inter- Collegiate Tournaments.

3. Players must bring their college Identity card singed by the Principal/Dean/Director. Accommodation for outstation players will be provided in the University Campus. The request letter should be sent to the undersigned well in advance.

4. Only bonafide students who are less than 28 years of age as on 1^st July, 2014 can participate in the Inter-Collegiate Tournaments as well as in selection Trials.

5. The team Manager and players should report at half an hour before the time of the tournament mentioned above and submit their College Eligibility form. The fixture will be drawn immediately after the receiving the entry. On the same day, the tournament will be inaugurated at right time as per the fixture.

6. Dr. G. SIVARAMAN, Asst. Director of Physical Education & Sports, nominated as Tournament Organizing Secretary for organizing Inter Collegiate Tournaments for * mentioned above games and conducting 15 days Coaching camp before teams participating in the All India/

South Zone Inter University Tournaments 2014-15.
