Subject: Information sought under Right to Information Act 2005 - regarding.
Sir,
I am' to refer to your RTI application received through online Registration NO.DOA&C/R/2016/8010317 dated 4th April, 2016 on the subject cited above and to say that the Agriculture Census Division of the Department' implements the Central Sector Plan Scheme ..Agriculture Census". The main function of the scheme is to collect and compile data on structural characteristics of operational holdings in the country (which is defined as -All Land which is used wholly or partly for agricultural production and is operated as one technical unit by one person alone or with others without regard to the title, legal form, size or 10cQtion"). It is not a beneficiary/development oriented scheme. Since none of the information asked for in your RTI application as above, pertains to the mandate assigned to the Agriculture Census Division, the requisite information in response to your above stated RTI application may kindly be treated as Nil in so for as Agriculture Census Division is concerned.
2. In the event you are not satisfied with the information as above, you may file an appeal within 30 days of receipt of this communication to the Appellate Authority, whose particulars are as under:-
