Schindler India has a very strong Technical Support Group and major investments have been made in terms of training both in India and abroad to ensure that the skill levels are comparable to that available worldwide.The Indian subsidiary is connected to the Competency Centre in Switzerland through a 24-hour leased line and has on-line access to all Schindler databases worldwide.
Its engineering team works continuously with the R&D team in Switzerland and is also a member of various product development teams around the world.
