In the first case, fish are landed at registered locations by individually registered fishing boats (http://fishcraft.nic.in). At registered landing sites, fish are auctioned by agents acting on behalf of fishing boats. The landed catch generally consists of mixed species, and agents sort it into fish for the local and domestic markets and by species.

Web-based submission of an application or registration of the claim by sending an SMS to the concerned officer.
