Algorithm with EIS is Changing the Mindset and Concept of Ownership of Generation Changers
The current question, which seems to be growing, is: “Why young people no longer buy expensive assets such as a car or an apartment.” The answer to these questions is very pervasive, as today the usual measure of success — owning an apartment and/or a car — is outdated or rather outdated. In the US and other developed countries it is depicted as 'the renter generation or the changer generation'.

How to mashup?” categorize mashups according to how resources are integrated or combined. 2009) distinguish between extraction mashups, which collect and analyze resources from different sources and merge them into a single content page, and flow mashups, whereby "the user adjusts the resource flow of the web page by combining resources from different sources [..] within the mashup application” (Koschmider et al., 2009, p. 3). In Figure 2, ListORSL33 (another ListPanel widget) is shown, but not yet populated with data (it will later show the status of all order lines where the product has been ordered and forwarded to production for picking). Programme Evaluation under Open and Distance Learning: An Evaluation of MCA Programme offered by IGNOU
Objectives
- Sample Size
- Limitation
To evaluate the usefulness of Project work done by learners in the 6th semester of their studies. The above study is restricted to learners of MCA program admitted in IGNOU program study centers located at Allahabad,.
Methodology of Study
Program Evaluation under Open and Distance Education: An Evaluation of MCA Program offered by IGNOU. Students' views on these objectives were rated on a five-point scale of strongly agree, agree, undecided, disagree, and strongly disagree, weighted at and 1 respectively, to find out the extent to which these objectives are achieved by the various courses of the MCA. program. About ninety-four percent (94%) of students believe that the MCA program has helped them gain a thorough and solid background in the theoretical and practical courses relevant to the latest computer software development courses.

- Views of Academic Counsellors on various aspects of MCA
Thirteen percent (13%) students do not agree with this and nine percent (09%) students were neutral on this issue. About ninety percent (90%) students are of the opinion that six (06) months time allocated by IGNOU is sufficient to complete project work while two percent (2%) students disagreed on this issue. Ninety-one percent (91%) of students were of the opinion that the time allotted to answer the questions was sufficient, while four percent (4%) of students disagreed with this question.
This shows that most students were satisfied with the time allocated for TEE. Ninety-eight percent (98%) of students believe that any form of unfair means is not allowed in IGNOU. Most students agree that the counseling sessions, both theoretical and practical, were very helpful to them.

Psychological Measurement: Critical Analysis of Psychological Testing in Personnel Selection
Selection in India
The blurring of boundaries between countries has led many Indian companies to adopt global selection processes. However, it is important that HR managers pay attention to the country's legal requirements and cultural values; if not taken into account, it can even lead to a system failure.
Different types of Selection Test
- Cognitive Tests
- Personality Tests
While cognitive tests are more widely used, the personality test in the selection process is a relatively new phenomenon. Thus, a personality test can help to assess the candidate's honesty or will predict the individual's likelihood to indulge in such activities, helping the organization avoid negative hiring. Similarly these tests are used to determine if the candidate has any emotional disorders or other bullying behaviors.
Critical Evaluation
- Are Psychological Attributes Measurable?
- Validity
- Biases and Discrimination
- Self Report
- Invasion of Privacy
Biases occur when a test cannot predict an individual's performance. The resulting differential ability calculated job performance for the same test will depend on the candidate's demographic characteristics. Data confidentiality must be maintained and even when a candidate is not selected, their test scores must be communicated.

360 Degree Performance Assessments: An Overview
Components of 360-degree Appraisal
This becomes possible because they see how the employee on the job performance is closely in touch with his/her 360 degree evaluation has four components. Peer review: Peers are the people with whom the employee in question works and interacts most of the times. If the peers are too friendly with the employee, the assessment will be overgraded.
Costs and Advantages of 360 Degree Appraisal
- Disadvantages of 360 Degree Appraisal
- Benefits of 360 Degree Appraisal
This method helps the organization to find out the real ability of the employee, his cooperation with others, his sensitivity towards other employees he works with and whether he is a suitable person to work with or not. Their perception would be much clearer than the elderly, so the assessment would be fairer and more accurate. On the other hand, if there is enmity between them, the assessment would be biased and distorted.
Conclusion
In some cases, the elders do not have much opportunity to observe the younger one very closely and attentively, while his peers are constantly watching him. Nevertheless, peers can assess some facts about job performance, such as employees' contribution to team projects, interpersonal relationships, communicativeness, reliability, dependability, and initiative.
