While practicing yoga, an individual gets unites with the spiritual power and it is also believed that yoga provides „MOKSH‟

which means liberation. In the older days, everyone was in a habit of practicing yoga in their daily life schedule but as the time is changing year by year people have stopped practicing and there is no value left for yoga. It may create lots of health problem to them.

Generally, yoga is regarded as therapy or exercise method for health and fitness of the body. There is no doubt that yoga provides physical and mental health.

Also, it is not based on any specific religion, faith, community, caste or creed.
