Abstract:- The 'Digital India' program, an activity of well thought-of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, will come out new movements in each part and creates creative attempt forget Next. The idea course in the rear the idea is to construct participative, clear-cut and receptive structure Digital India is the result of many advancement and inventive headways. These alter the lives of persons from frequent points of view and will connect the general public in a greater way. The Digital India make is a daydream work of the Indian Government to brighten up India into a educated economy and watchfully occupied society, with great management for nationals by bringing organization also, co-appointment out in the open liability, carefully interfacing and transmission the government projects and management to activate the ability of data modernism crosswise over government divisions. Today, every country needs to be totally digitalized and these program actions to give rise to profit to the client and consultant co-operate. It is a motivated program of Government of India projected Rs. 1, 30,000 crores. This project is delivering good governance to people and corresponding with both State and Central Government.

All government services are available to the people electronically cashless and paperless transaction is main aim of digital India project the execution of digital India from 2015-2018.

Henceforth, an Endeavour has been made in this paper to comprehend Digital India – as a movement where advancement and network will meet up to have an effect on all parts of management and improve the personal pleasure of nationals. Digital India is a program to convert India in to a digitally empower civilization, and knowledge economy

It The emphasis of digital India crusade is making occupation and skill upgrade in the broadband highways, e-governance, and electronic transportation of administrations, worldwide access to mobile ease of use, electronics manufacturing and in order for all and so forward.

The battle’s point is to decide the issues of ease of use and next helps us to connect with each other and further more to share data on issues and concern confront by us. Now and again they likewise authorize willpower of those issues in close constant this actually is paying attention to enable India to pick up a better simple network with a stable governmental strategy out of sight joint with advantages and motivation by means of the battle. Digital India combines large number of thoughts and idea in to single.

It covers multiple government ministries and development therefore digital India is an sunshade program. For completion of digital India, the overall IT and electronics department has given their maximum skill throughout the project. This program will be implementing with the help of electronics and information technology For managing the program has created 4 senior positions in the department. They created additional desk post for digital India, joint secretary FOR.

1. COMMUNICATIONS GROWTH- Joint secretary for capacity building and digital enablement and joint secretary for IT applications in uncovered area and process reengineering.

To every citizen this is an vital mission area to connect the village people through broadband, speedy internet and release of services through online to everyone. A well linked country is essential to a well-served country.

(A) HIGH SPEED INTERNET AS CORE USEFULNESS

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are working to the development of economy, increase of employment and output. High speed internet connectivity is providing throughout the country to connect with all citizen in India.

(B) STRUCTURE TO GRAVE DIGITAL INDIVIDUALITY

Digital individuality is an unique characteristics provided by the government. It will not allow any replicate and false records. It is a type of online verification. Aadhaar card is the unique id. really it contains 16 digits. But in that only 12 digits are visible, remaining 4 digits are invisible. This unique id issued by the exclusive Identification Authority of India(UIDAI).

This unique id is prepared through online confirmation of identity with the help of verification devices which connect to the UIDAI‟s central characteristics repository which is giving the response based on the demographic and biometric availability of data with UIDAI. For digital identity, mobile is the major tool. Mobile individuality solutions are mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar, mobile with digital signatures, mobile with voice biometrics.

(C) MEMBERSHIP IN DIGITAL & FINANCIAL SPACE THROUGH MOBILES AND BANKING Peoples in India performing digital and banking sector activities through mobile and bank accounts. All government sector department implemented online payments. Online banking, debit and credit card payments, wallets, RTGs/NEFT transfers are put into operation by the banks.

(D) EASY ACCESS TO USUAL SERVICE CENTER

There is a public service center to access the information for the peoples.

(E) SHAREABLE PERSONAL SPACE ON PUBLIC CLOUD

Digital Locker accessibility is providing. Digital Locker means accessibility of a private space on a public cloud. Through this space people can store their government issued digital papers and certificates and also can share with various agencies.

(F) SECURE AND PROTECTED CYBERSPACES

1. The documents which are uploaded by the people should have to provide maximum security.

2. Governance and services on demand all government services are changed from offline to online. Now people can get in order on one click. They can upload and save their own papers through online. Financial communication is accessible as cashless transactions.

And can also move their money in home itself.

3. Digital empowerment of services it focuses on worldwide digital literacy, convenience of resources, all documents are available through cloud, and services are available in Indian Languages.

IV. SUPPORT OF DIGITAL INDIA

There are 9 pillars to develop India digitally.

(A) BROADBAND CONVENIENCES FACILITIES

Government aims to improve the broadband services .This broadband services will be accessible in all 2.5 lakh Gram Panjayat. In Rural areas, the broadband services activate already, In Urban areas also it developed.

(B) INCREASING THE CONNECTIVITY OF MOBILE

The Government is preparation to ensure that by 2018, all rural areas are covered by mobile connectivity to get better the communication between people

(C) AUTHORITY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF JOB Government is training and developing the people to accrue a job.

(D) FORMATION OF ELECTRONICS

Government has expected to put up smart energy meters, micro ATMs, Mobile, and Card swiping devices, consumer and medical electronics. Due to this we can stop importing electronics.

(E) INTERNET RIGHT TO USE

Government will make available a very speed internet to all rural areas to make India Digitally fit.

And will make around 105 post offices, These post offices will work as a multi service centres for the people

(F) E-GOVERNANCE

All Government services will be accessible through online to reduce time and workload. Now days, all the services are accessible through online.

(G) E-KRANTI

E-Kranti is a national level E-Governance program. It was start in 2006.Under this plan 31 mission mode projects like agriculture, land records, health, education, passports, police, courts, municipalities, commercial taxes, treasuries etc. In this mission some of the project have been implemented and started to deliver the services

(H) INFORMATION AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE

People will get all the information through online. ‟myGov.in‟ is a website is used for that and people can give their precious proposal and advice

(I) EARLY HARVEST PLAN

Under early harvest program, Government execute bio-metric attendance in all departments, Government messages sent as E-greetings, implemented WI-FI hotspots in public area like railway station, airports, bus station. E-Books are available for students

Pillars of Digital India V. OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF DIGITAL INDIA Digital India concept has the following opportunities and challenges.

5.1 Opportunity

 It will bring an end to end fraud system, because all the armed forces are obtainable through online it will reduce the chances of errors

 It will reduce the paper work so it can save our natural world.

 Civilizing people through the use of information technology

 It will create more job chance 5.2 Challenges

5.2.1 While implement digital India, it will face some problems.

 Merging the technology and language is one of the face up to facing while the accomplishment. Because each state has its own language, tradition, habits, foods etc.

The concept is mainly pointing to merge whole country digitally.

 Depending on the hardware and software devices, different states are following different internet protocols. It will create network breakdown while implementation. So there should be some kind of instruction to control the different protocols

 There should be a group work of all the section in India, otherwise the project of mission will be a failure.

 There should be a public internet admission. But according to India Poverty and illiteracy stand against the internet access

 Cyber security is the other face up to .Online documents should have to provide security, Proper confirmation have to do with document. According to me it is the very big task to ensure cyber security to the country.

The vision of E-Kranti is transform E-Governance for transforming Governance‟ .so all E- governance scheme and existing project, should now follow the E-Kranti principles and are being better. The principles of E-Kranti contains „Transformation and not translation”, “integrated services and not individual services „,‟Government process reengineering(GPR) are mandatory in every MMP‟,‟ICT Infrastructure on demand”, “cloud by default‟, ‟Mobile first‟, Fast tracking approvals and etc. Under E-Kranti many new social action project also included, like women and child benefits, social benefits, financial inclusion, urban

We also can dream a digital country. We can complete the aim of digital India cashless and paperless transaction done. We can’t suffer any fraud in our county. Due to digitalization, effectiveness and efficiency of work is better. It gives more clearness to government services ie, E- Governance. It increases the speed and reduces the work load. We have to do lots of solid work to shift Indian Economy from increasing stage to developed stage.

The problem free implementation of digital India should construct the changes in Agricultural field, economic field, business field etc. Finally it will change the color of our life. For that we have to work together to improve our digital literacy. And we also can dream a digital country. We can complete the aim of digital India cashless and paperless transaction done. We can’t suffer any fraud in our county
