RINL GETS NATIONAL AWARD FOR E-GOVERNANCE
Visakhapatnam Steel Plant(VSP) has been awarded for its e-governance by Government of India in the cadre for
“Exemplary usage of ICT by PSU’s” during 11th National Conference on e-Governance at Panchkula, Haryana orgnaised jointly by Department of Public Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India, on 7th February 2008. The award was presented by Honorable Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Sri A Raja at the inaugural session, to Information Technology Department, VSP. The award was received by team comprising of Sri Suman Das, AGM(IT), Sri SS Choudhary,DCM(IT), Sri V Ratnakar, Manager(IT) of IT Department and Sri Sanjay Dargan ,DGM(Marketing), Sri RVN Sudhakar, DCM(Marketing) of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
