Abstract

Effects of hormonal treatments to specific characteristics of the safflower seed germination under salt stress experiment in a completely randomized design with 3 replications in Seed Technology Laboratory, University of controls. Experimental treatments, hormone inhibitors acid abszyk in 2 levels (3 μmol.gr-1), acid jbrlyk in three levels (control, 150 and 300ppm) and the salinity. The seeds were placed in the first stage of the hormonal treatments. To applied five salinity levels (0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 dS.m -1) Secondly, the natural salt lake in Qom were used. Results from the interaction of three treatments showed that the ¬ vigor value and fresh weight in abszyk acid levels 3(

μmol.gr-1) in 150 (ppm) acid Jbrlyk salt 12 (dS. m -1) increased. Relative Moisture content during the treatment control of acid Abszyk in 300 (ppm) acid Jbrlyk and salt 6 (dS. m -1) increased. The Seeds combination of gibberellic acid and acide abszyk treatment in salt stress reduced germination and seedling growth and improved germination and growth at low water potentials, in this regard, acid gibberellic, was more effective than acid abscisic
