5. Discussion & Conclusion
A world in which we live cultural development of any society is dependent on the development of reading culture. Book and study it one of the most important factors in developing a culture of a society is. That's why the vision and general literacy level is higher, it aims to promote national and international community more successful we are. One of the problems that most developing countries there is poverty studies, which is a great threat to these countries. Similarly, recent figures show that Iran is not appropriate study.
As this study shows the majority of public library patrons young and adolescence objective study of school textbooks and research and form. poor services and lack of accountability of public librarians to clients, availability of resources, adequate libraries and the increasing use of the internet search and unfamiliarity right to use it, is declining. On the other hand, effectively enhance the study of other institutions such as schools, family and mass media such as tv, as it would not act as it should have been accepted. Remove the librarian of inadequate schools and school libraries, parental neglect children to study and promote the use of digital devices are evidence of this claim.
