① 学務情報システムの HOME 画面から「学生支援」を選択 Click “Student Support” on the home screen of AIMS-Gifu.
② 学生支援の中の「各種申請／現住所変更」を選択 Click “Application Forms/Address Change.
③ 【生活支援金申請】岐阜大学学生支援プラン 生活支援金の給付申請について を選択し手続きを行ってください。
Click “Fund for Living Expenses Application Gifu University Student Support Plan Fund for Living Expenses Application” and enter all necessary information
※日本学生支援機構の給付奨学金、令和２年度岐阜大学応援奨学金、民間の給付型奨学金を受給している学生は、支給対象外となるため、予め申請できない よう申請画面が表示されない設定をしています。
Students who are receiving grant-type scholarship payments from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), Gifu University Scholarship for Students with Excellent Academic Performance 2020, and scholarship payments from private organizations are not eligible to receive the Fund, and are not able to access this screen.

Q4. I live away from my family residence, but have temporarily returned to my family residence due to the spread of COVID-19. Can I apply for the Fund?

Those who can meet following all three conditions:
（１） Gifu University students (full-time students) and research students
（２） Students/research students who are living away from their family residence in time of application (May 11, 2020 through June 17, 2020).
（３） Students/research students who are not receiving grant-type scholarships from Gifu University, public organizations such as governments and private organizations in time of application (May 11, 2020 through June 17, 2020).
“Gifu University Students” are defined as “full-time students studying as undergraduate students, or enrolled in master’s degree, doctoral degree or professional degree programs.” “Research Students” are defined as “undergraduate and graduate school research students with “student”
visas.”
*If there are any irregularities found in application and fund receiving processes, Gifu University requests students/research students to return the fund, and will take disciplinary measures in line with the Gifu University Student Disciplinary Rules and Regulations

Support from public organizations such as governments includes support for government-financed international students, international students sent from foreign governments, recruitment by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), and support from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).

Fund for Living Expenses Application Q & A
1. If you agree with the Fund being transferred to your bank account used for your university tuition payments, the fund is transferred to the account.
2. If you disagree with the Fund being transferred to your bank account used for your university tuition payments, you need to report your account to Gifu University for registration. In this case, because we need to go through registration procedures, it will take a few weeks before the payment is made.
