令和４(２０２２)年度公益財団法人天野工業技術研究所奨学金募集要項
１ ． 趣 旨 及 び 目 的
本 奨 学 金 は ， 公 益 財 団 法 人 天 野 工 業 技 術 研 究 所 の 寄 附 に よ り 本 学 大 学 院 工 学 研 究 科 博 士 後 期 課 程 在 籍 の 優 秀 な 学 生 （ 在 籍 含 む ） に 対 し 博 士 後 期 課 程 修 了 ま で の 期 間 奨 学 支 援 を 行 う こ と を 目 的 と す る 。
２ ． 申 請 資 格
本 奨 学 金 を 申 請 で き る 者 は ，次 の (1)～ (2)各 号 の い ず れ か に 該 当 し ，か つ (3)(4)(5)に 該 当 す る 者 で 指 導 教 員 か ら 推 薦 の あ っ た 者 と す る 。 （ 国 籍 は 問 わ な い ）
（ １ ） 令 和 3 年 度 に 大 学 院 博 士 後 期 課 程 第 1 年 次 に 入 学 し ， 現 在 博 士 後 期 課 程 2 年 次 の 者
（ ２ ） 令 和 4 年 度 に 博 士 後 期 課 程 第 1 年 次 に 入 学 し た 者
（ ３ ） 上 記 (1)(2)の 者 で 本 学 博 士 後 期 課 程 を 標 準 年 限 内 で 修 了 し ， 本 学 の 博 士 学 位 を 取 得 で き る 者
（ ４ ） 心 身 と も に 健 康 で ， 学 術 優 秀 な 者
（ ５ ） 財 団 の 主 催 す る 報 告 会 に 出 席 し 成 果 報 告 を 行 う こ と が で き る 者 ３ ． 採 用 人 員 博 士 後 期 課 程 １ 年 次 ,２ 年 次 ： ４ 名
４ ． 申 請 手 続
本 奨 学 金 を 希 望 す る 者 は ， 次 の 書 類 を 学 生 課 留 学 生 係 に 提 出 す る 。 ・ 申 請 書 （ 様 式 １ ）
・ 推 薦 書 （ 様 式 ２ ） ・ 研 究 計 画 書 （ 様 式 ３ ）
・ 成 績 証 明 書 （ 博 士 前 期 課 程 の も の ）
・ 語 学 力 を 証 明 す る 書 類 （ 英 語 及 び 日 本 語 の 試 験 の 結 果 な ど ）
５ ． 受 給 者 の 選 考 方 法
書 類 審 査 に よ り 選 考 す る も の と す る 。
６ ． 支 給 額
月 額 １ ２ ５ ， ０ ０ ０ 円
・ 渡 日 及 び 帰 国 旅 費 ， 検 定 料 ， 入 学 料 ， 授 業 料 の 支 給 は あ り ま せ ん 。
・ 本 奨 学 金 を 受 給 し て い る 期 間 は 、 他 の 奨 学 金 を 受 給 す る こ と は で き ま せ ん 。
７ ． 支 給 期 間 等
受 給 決 定 後 、本 年 10 月 か ら 博 士 後 期 課 程 修 了 ま で の ２ 年 間 又 は ３ 年 間 支 給 す る（ 標 準 修 業 年 限 ） 。
８ ． 奨 学 金 の 返 還 及 び 支 給 停 止
奨 学 金 受 給 者 が 、 奨 学 金 を 受 給 後 に 次 の 各 号 に 該 当 し た と き 又 は そ の 恐 れ の あ る と き は 、 奨 学 金 の 一 部 若 し く は 全 額 の 返 還 を 命 ず る 又 は 支 給 の 停 止 を 行 う 。
(1) 休 学 又 は 退 学 を 申 し 出 た 場 合
(2) 本 学 学 則 第 ５ ７ 条 に よ る 懲 戒 処 分 に 該 当 す る こ と と な っ た 場 合 (3) 受 給 期 間 満 了 前 に 研 究 が 終 了 し た 場 合 又 は 中 断 ， 停 止 し た 場 合 (4) 月 毎 の 在 籍 確 認 の た め の 押 印 ま た は サ イ ン が 不 履 行 の 場 合 (5) 自 己 都 合 に よ り 日 本 国 内 に 不 在 で 在 籍 確 認 が 不 履 行 の 場 合
９ ． そ の 他
奨 学 金 の 受 給 者 は 受 給 開 始 後 ， 毎 年 度 （ １ 年 毎 ） 財 団 に 研 究 活 動 報 告 書 を 提 出 し ， 受 給 期 間 終 了 時 に 財 団 指 定 の 方 法 に よ る 研 究 成 果 報 告 書 を 提 出 す る こ と 。

Application Guidelines for the 2022 Amano Institute of Technology Scholarship
1. Purpose and Objectives
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide scholarship support to outstanding students enrolled in the doctoral course at TUT (including currently enrolled students) until they complete the doctoral course with the donation from the Amano Institute of Industrial Technology.
2. Application Requirement
Applicants must meet the following condition below (1) or (2) and meet (3)(4) and (5) and also have been recommended by their academic advisor (regardless of their nationality) (1) Those who entered the first grade of the doctoral course in 2021 and are currently in the second grade.
(2) Those who entered the 1st grade of the doctoral course in 2022.
(3) Those who are in (1) and (2) above and will complete the doctoral course within the standard term and obtain a doctoral degree from TUT.
(4) Those who are in good physical and mental health and have outstanding academic achievements.
(5) Applicants must be able to attend and report the results of their research at a debriefing session hosted by the foundation.

1st grade or 2n d grade in the doctoral course : 4
4. Application Procedures
Applicants must submit the following documents to the International Student Section, Student Affairs Division.
Application Form (Form 1)
Letter of Recommendation (Form 2) Research Plan (Form 3)
Transcript of Academic Record (for Master's Course)
Certification of language ability (results of English and Japanese examinations, etc.)
5. The process of selection
Selection will be made based on document screening.
6. Scholarship benefit
Allowance: 125,000 yen per month
The scholarship does not cover travel expenses to and from Japan, examination fees, entrance fees and tuition fees.
Students are not eligible for any other scholarships during the period they receive this scholarship.
7. Period of scholarship etc…
The scholarship will be provided for two or three years from October, 2022 until the completion of the doctoral course (standard period of study).
8. Return of scholarship funds and suspension of scholarship payments
If a scholarship recipient falls under any of the following conditions after receiving the scholarship or is at risk of falling under any of them, the scholarship recipient shall be ordered to return part or all the scholarship, or the payment of the scholarship shall be suspended.
(1) If the scholarship recipient requests a leave of absence or withdraws from TUT.
(2) If the student is subject to disciplinary action in accordance with Article 57 of the TUT regulations.
(3) When the research is completed, or is suspended or discontinued before the end of the scholarship.
(4) If the student does not sign on a form of the monthly enrollment confirmation
(5) In the event that the student is absent from Japan for personal reasons and fails to confirm his/her enrollment.
9. Notes
Scholarship recipients are required to submit a report of their research activities to Amano Institute of Technology every year after receiving the scholarship and submit a report on the results of their research using the method designated by the Amano Institute of Technology at the end of the scholarship period.
