What is the Global HR Forum?
In 2006, an annual conference named “The Global Human Resources Forum (Global HR Forum)” was jointly founded and inaugurated by the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST), the Korea Economic Daily (KED) and the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training (KRIVET).
Why is the Global HR Forum notable?
Global HR Forum organizers believe that most global and universal issues can be best solved through human talents and collective efforts - a conviction that global prosperity can be achieved if all stakeholders stay connected, come together, share insights, cultivate creativity and support one another across time, place and boundary.
Primary missions of the Global HR Forum which takes place annually in autumn in Seoul, Korea are:
●
To identify universal challenges inhibiting global prosperity
●
To gather and exchange insights and opinions on current issues
●
To promote worldwide collaboration and to facilitate collective efforts for global harmony and co-prosperity
