As part of the new translation, the members modified personal expressions in the old version and emphasized the Target Text-oriented translation. This study is a series of Descriptive Translation Studies of the Japanese comic, "Hadashi no Gen (Barfoot Gen)". The present researcher described the Russian old and new versions of the cartoon.

The present researcher showed the categories and examples of personal expressions in JT (Table 2), gave interesting examples of translation strategies and determined which of RT1 and RT2 gives more importance to ST (or TT) oriented translation. The purpose of the research was to compare the personal expressions in the original Japanese version of "Hadashi no Gen (Barefoot Gen)". As one of the causes, the present researcher assumed that the members of Project Gen failed to sell the old version.

As part of the new translation, they changed personal expressions in the old version, focusing on the Target Text-oriented translation. The linguistic situation and status of the Turkic language in the Egyptian Mamluk state and the Golden Horde. The name of the text is written in red ink at the beginning of the first page.

As a continuation of the Slavophile movement, the first period began at the beginning of the 20th century under the leadership of N. The second period, defined as Neo-Eurasianism, began at the end of the 20th century under the leadership of Alexander Dugin in the light of the connecting thoughts of Lev Gumilev, who is also considered among the classical Eurasianists. Eurasianism, which emerged as an anti-Western movement on intellectual grounds, was established as a new center of power with its political and economic dimensions after the dissolution of the Soviet Union.

In this regard, one of the most important integration projects initiated by Moscow after the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is undoubtedly the Eurasian Economic Union. The importance of the study is due to insufficient research on the processes of transformation of the world economy and the participation in it of the countries of the Central Asian region (CAR). In this regard, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the process of transformation of the world economy in the context of institutional globalization, institutional support of international economic interaction, cooperation within international financial institutions, which are an integral component. the development of the world economy; to establish the strategic priorities for the development of CARs.

The leading method for studying this issue is the analytical method, which makes it possible to comprehensively consider the strategic priorities of the development of the countries of the Central Asian region in the context of globalization. The material of the paper is of practical value for the further study of the prospects for the international competitiveness of the countries of the Central Asian region, which is able to develop on its own intellectual basis with the production of the latest scientific and technological solutions in the innovative segments of the world market and provide the right conditions for the life of the nation.
