Existing modern methods of laparoscopic hernioplasty are characterized by complexity of the operation and insufficient tension of the implant. The results of the treatment of 6 patients (operated according to a known method) were analyzed to compare the efficiency of the proposed method.
In the early post-surgical period, a recurrence of hernia was not observed in all patients who were operated on with the developed method of primary tension wound healing. The developed method simplifies plastic repair, increases the efficiency of the implant fixation, makes it possible to reduce the operating time, achieve sufficient tension of the implant and reduce the number of intra- and post-surgical complications.

Из всех пациентов, наблюдаемых в 2012 г. (этап исследования), 98,3% были отнесены к группе риска по развитию ВТЭО. Результаты, полученные в сравнительном аспекте двух этапов исследования, оказались в некоторой степени парадоксальными, так как выявился низкий коэффициент согласия между теоретическим и практическим применением нормативов профилактики ВТЭО как в 2010-2011, так и в 2012 году. В 2012 г. мероприятия по профилактике ВТЭО применялись чаще, чем в 2010-2011 гг., у пациентов, не входящих в группу риска развития ВТЭО или имевших противопоказания к применению профилактических мероприятий по возникновению ВТЭО.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the influence of the educational program on the treatment of patients at high risk of venous thromboembolism by comparing data before and after 8-10 months after completion of the educational program. This observational study was conducted in five hospitals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and 432 patients in 2010-2011 participated in the pilot phase of the study, of which they were medical patients and surgical patients. Of all patients participating in the active phase of the study in 2012, the risk of VTE was revealed by 98.3%.
Frequency of development of bleeding during drug VTE prevention in year 2012 was similar to the frequency of the same parameters during the previous study phase – 8.9 and 11.8% in 2010 and 2011 year accordingly (p>0.05). Despite the possibility of extrapolation of the received results to other hospitals in Kazakhstan, it is reasonable to conduct further large-scale trials to determine the factors influencing the doctors' decision regarding VTE prevention in the Republic of Kazakhstan analyze. The main indicators of the effectiveness of the activity of maternity and child welfare services are rates of perinatal and neonatal mortality (NM). The switch to the criteria of live births and stillbirths in 2002, which involved the increase in the levels of the perinatal and neonatal mortality, envisaged the introduction of high-performance technologies in the labor induction practice, the implementation of which led to the performance of the regionalization of perinatal care.
Modern perinatal technologies introduced at the prenatal stage in delivery rooms, emergency departments and neonatal units also had an impact on the reduction of neonatal and thus infant mortality. As a result of the introduction of the modern, based on ILCOR2010 protocol for the primary neonatal resuscitation in the delivery room, the preparation of the drug formularies, the availability in the use of modern medicines and consumables, the improvement of the material basis of maternity . hospitals and emergency departments, the introduction of UNICEF/WHO's Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative and methods to encourage breastfeeding, the neonatal mortality from causes such as respiratory distress syndrome, intracranial hemorrhage, perinatal infections, sepsis has decreased. Improving the quality of medical services provided in third-level obstetric institutions, bringing them in line with international standards with regional use of existing resources is essential for improving maternity and child welfare services and reducing infant mortality, including the neonatal.

It is known that corticosteroids are an effective tool for the topical treatment of skin diseases. However, it should be borne in mind that the effectiveness of the treatment depends mainly on the correct choice and application of the drug. This study examined the effectiveness of Afloderm in the treatment and prevention of various dermatoses.
The effectiveness of the drug treatment was evaluated by the doctor and the patients within the following parameters: intensity of itching, dryness, redness, peeling and the need for GCS level of skin hydration. According to the study, it was concluded that Afloderm, which has antipruritic, anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictor activity, is an effective drug for the treatment of chronic dermatoses. The main advantages of the drug are flexibility of clinical effect, usability, effectiveness, absence of almost all side effects when used correctly, safety of the drug and the base, which eliminates systemic effect.

BelOSaliC IN THE TREATMENT OF PSORIASIS Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatoses with a chronic, recurrent course, affecting 1 – 5% of the world's population, with a tendency to disability. The aim of our study was to analyze the results of the application of Belosalic lotion in a combined treatment of patients with psoriasis. The duration of illness was determined (from 6 months to 13 years) and chronic intercurrent illnesses were revealed in 14 (48%) patients.
The results of the treatment were evaluated according to the degree of skin clearing from psoriatic rash (PASI – score) and the duration of the treatment. A high clinical effect of the combined treatment including Belosalic solution was achieved due to faster resolution of the pathological process. Conclusion: the results of the study bear evidence for the clinical effect of Belosalic lotion in the combined treatment of psoriasis, the decrease in PASI score.

Topical glucocorticosteroids with a complex spectrum of action, including Afloderm cream and ointment, Belosalic lotion, manufactured by Belupo Pharmaceutical Company, took the main place in combined therapy. The effectiveness of topical glucocorticosteroids was observed on day 2-3, more stable improvement - on day 4-5 of treatment; in general, the course of treatment lasted until complete improvement: 10-12 days in mild and moderate AD and up to 12-15 days in severe AD with secondary infection, postulation areas, purulent crusts. Taking into account the criteria of evidence-based medicine and the data of clinical observation of the group of patients with AD, it can be concluded that the application of drugs (Afloderm, Belosalic, Belogent) showed good efficacy, which was associated with their breadth . spectrum of actions during the different clinical stages of AD.
The ultrasound of the knee joint due to its simplicity and economy to date is an anchor in the diagnosis of its traumatic damage. The CT method makes it possible to estimate the state of bone structures with great accuracy. Conclusions: Thus, the diagnosis of traumatic damage to the knee joint requires the complex estimation of data, traditional radiographic, CТ, МRI and ultrasound of examination methods.
