A relationship has been established between the catalytic activity of the studied oxide systems and the calculated values of proton affinity for the vanadyl oxygen of their surface, which is involved in the deprotonation of methyl substituents converted into a nitrile group. It should be assumed that improving the activity of the three-component V-Ti-Cr oxide catalyst is accompanied by a change in the phase composition of the system, due to the ability of chromium (III) oxide to form a chemical compound (chromium orthovanadate ) to shape. with vanadium pentoxide [2, 3] under heat treatment conditions. Thus, as a result of the research, it was found that the additives of chromium (III), tin (IV) and iron (III) oxides to the binary V-Ti oxide catalyst have a promoting effect leading to the increase of catalytic activity. under conditions of oxidative ammonolysis of β-picoline.

Modification of the binary V-Ti oxide system by addition of tin dioxide leads to a sharp increase in the activity of the catalyst in the reaction of oxidative ammonolysis of γ-picoline. 97 The three-component catalyst with the composition V2O5·8TiO2·8SnO2 is characterized by a high conversion of the starting material (95% at 330 °С) when loading 117.2 g γ-picoline per 1 liter of catalyst per hour (Figure 7) . One of the reasons for the observed synergistic effect [6] is due to the simultaneous promoting effect of titanium (IV) oxide and one of the chromium (III), tin (IV) or iron (III) oxides on the catalytic activity of the modified vanadium oxide contact may be an increase under their influence of nucleophilicity vanadyl oxygen involved in the separation of the proton from the oxidizable methyl substituent.

It should be noted that the results of theoretical calculations are consistent with the experimental data presented in the article on the relative activity of the studied catalysts in the processes of oxidative ammonolysis of β- and γ-picolines. Synthesis of trimecaine based ionic compounds

IR spectra were recorded on a «Nicolet 5700 FT-IR» spectrometer using KBr pellets. The progress of the reactions and the purity of the products were checked by the TLC method on silica gel plates (Sigma Aldrich®, Germany) with the development of iodine vapors. A Cole Parmer ultrasonic probe (50–60Hz, 0–240 W) and a homemade microwave generator (0–800 W) were used for the reaction. Separation and purification of substances was carried out by crystallization from suitable solvents. The obtained extract is dried for 12 hours with anhydrous calcium chloride. The solvent is removed by simple distillation.

The obtained isolated product was separated and purified by crystallization and the purity of the product was checked by TLC using a mixture of diethyl ether and ethanol (4:1 or 5:1) as eluent. 15 ml of acetonitrile was added to the 100 ml flask and 0.01 mol of trimecaine was dissolved. The solution of 0.011 mol iodoalkane iodoalkane was then added and the reaction mixture was placed in a US reactor and the contents reacted under US conditions characterized by the following parameters: US = 240 W at 30–40 °C.

The obtained isolated product was separated and purified by crystallization and the purity was checked by the TLC with a mixture of diethyl ether and ethanol (4:1 or 5:1) as an eluent. Then the solution of 0.011 mol of iodoalkane was added and the reaction mixture was placed in a MW reactor and the contents were reacted under MW conditions at 80 W. The obtained isolated product was separated and purified by crystallization and the purity was checked by the TLC using a mixture of diethyl ether and ethanol (4:1 or 5:1) as an eluent.

A synthesis of the supramolecular inclusion complex of 1-methyl-4-(3-(naphthyl-1-hydroxy)prop-1-ynyl)piperidin-4-ol with sulfated arabinogalactan was developed.

In continuation of our research, a synthesis of the supramolecular inclusion complex of 1-methyl-4-(3-(naphthyl-1-hydroxy)prop-1-ynyl)piperidin-4-ol with sulfated arabinogalactan was developed. A fragment of the assumed structure of the inclusion complex of 1-methyl-4-(3-(naphthyl-1-oxy)prop-1-ynyl)piperidin-4-ol with AG-SO3H is shown in figure 1. single signal with chemical shift δ 5.02 ppm was assigned to the protons of the secondary carbon atom C-10.

In the weak field region, chemical shifts of protons of the benzene nucleus are found. The protons of methine and methylene groups of the galactopyranose unit of the complex AG-SO3H resonate in the high field region. The values of chemical shifts of carbon atoms and hydrogen protons of the KN-2/AG-SO3H complex are shown in the table.
