Training the graduates with knowledge of the economic characteristics of the water infrastructure, the nature and value management in a market economy, the principles and methods of management, have an idea of products cost and pricing system, their economic essence, the principles and methods of their determination under different conditions of production and sales services of Water Resources

The Bachelor of speciality 5В080500 «Water Resources and Water Use» must:
Have an idea:
- the environmental principles of nature protection and environmental management, the prospects for the creation of not destroying the nature of technology;
- the latest discoveries of natural science, the prospects for their use in the construction of technical devices;
- about the consequences of their professional activities in terms of the unity of the biosphere and biosocial human nature;
- about the basics of hydraulics and hydraulic modeling phenomena;
- about the patterns of river flow, water regime of rivers, lakes, wetlands, water erosion, etc.;
- methods of calculating the basic hydrological characteristics; the water balance of the river basin;
- the basics of geology, engineering geology and hydrogeology;
- the methods and means of topographic surveys;
- the principles of integrated use and protection of water resources;
- the methods of flow regulation.
To know:
- method of environmental study of engineering projects;
- methods of design and calculation of hydraulic and hydropower facilities, layout principles of waterworks;
