АНАЛИЗ РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТИ БОЛЕЗНЕЙ СИСТЕМЫ КРОВООБРАЩЕНИЯ СРЕДИ ЧАСТИ ЭКСПОНИРОВАННОГО РАДИАЦИЕЙ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ,
По артериальной гипертензии наибольшее количество случаев зарегистрировано в возрастной группе 60-69 лет - 198,6 случая на 1000 населения, несколько меньший уровень зарегистрирован в возрастной группе 50-59 лет - 154,9 случая на 1000 населения. населения, почти в 2 раза меньший уровень зарегистрирован в возрастной группе 70-79 лет - 78,6 случая на 1000 населения. Вопреки результатам, полученным при анализе встречаемости случаев БКД в вышеуказанных районах, наибольшее количество АГ было в возрастной страте 50-59 лет (удельный вес - 45,0%), а в возрастной страте 70 лет - . лет и старше удельный вес АГ составил всего - 14%, в возрастной страте 60-69 лет - 28,6%.

Наиболее чувствительными признаками неблагоприятного течения избыточного содержания свинца в организме детей были сочетание 4-5 и более заболеваний (Se=0,63), III группа здоровья детей в возрасте 5-11 лет (Se=0,57), повышение уровня Т-лимфоцитов (Se=0,56) и снижение NK-клеток (Se=0,52). ДМТ при рождении, II группа здоровья от рождения до 11 лет, сочетание 2-3 заболеваний, 2-я стадия иммунного ответа, гиперхромия, повышение NK, снижение иммуноглобулина G были прогностически значимыми для дефицита цинка.

Учитывая, что дистальная форма гипоспадии у детей встречается в 50% случаев (2), мы внедрили в клинику одномоментный метод пластики уретры по Снодграссу-Рудину в смену с 2014 года.
