3.0 EQUIPMENT (APPARATUS) TYPE APPROVAL
All communications equipment (apparatus) are required to be certified under the Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulations 2000[P.U.
(A) 124].
All certified communication equipment shall bear a certification mark or label.
This includes all communication equipment that is imported, manufactured, distributed or sold in Malaysia.
