EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Amja’s Kitchen is the name of cake producer since 2013. Starting as a homebased business with limited resource and equipment has never stop their effort in providing the best cakes for their customers. Starting with only a few types of cakes, they managed to create an impactful image towards this bakery. As time goes by, they tend to add more type of cakes with distinguish design and looks to attract more customers.
The best-selling cakes are “tornado cake” and “Sarang Semut cake”. This cake has really became the highest demand since we introduce it for the past few months. Until now, we still receive orders for these cakes every day and roughly, the numbers of orders have increased up to 2 times as compared to the earlier introduction period.
Now we are focusing on social media advertising as a new trend of promotion by utilising effective copywriting method. This alternative has more benefits as compared to traditional marketing. It is cost effective and flexible. All updates and new cake announcement can be shared to all customers in no time. We do believe, this new alternative way of promotion and marketing, has really contribute to our success.

Mision:
To provide quality, nutritious and delicious cakes that are affordable and accessible to all customers especially the masses.
Vision:
To become a household name, a one stop centre that provides excellent sweet tooth food to all level of people as well as offering unparalleled warm purchasing experience.

2.4 Description of Product and Services
Amja’s Kitchen sells various type of cakes. Amja’s Kitchen only uses premium and high-quality ingredients. They make their own secret recipe using those ingredients which makes their cakes more exclusive and delicious.
The reason we choose to promote Amja’s Kitchen is because we feel that they need to be known all over the country. Their cakes are suitable for multiple type of events such as birthday party and anniversary. It also can be eaten by all kind of age. However, the price of the cakes is still affordable which makes Amja’s Kitchen special. We believe that their cakes can be very popular and attract more customers.
Other than that, they also provide free delivery if the order came within the area of Kemaman, Terengganu. For orders that came from outside of Kemaman, the cakes will be send by postage and the rates depends on what courier that they use. They also offer free birthday cards. Chocolate bouquets can be requested for additional RM20.

For this business, we were acquired to create our own Facebook page. We have created Facebook page named Amja’s Kitchen. This page will be use as a platform to promote and sell our products and services. It can also create awareness of Facebook users about our page.
Nowadays, people tend to go online to find the products or services that they want or need. It is because they can search more easily. Hence, Facebook page can be a great platform to connect us with customers. In our page, we have created many teasers, hard sell and soft sell posts that are related to our business.

Within the period of advertising, we managed to secured 3 transaction that led us to make a sale of RM300.00. All orders are made from Facebook page we have created earlier. This report was generated from Go-eCommerce platform which is used to track and manage our sales and expenses.

4.0 CONCLUSION
Social media profiling is one way of important marketing tools that is purposely exposed our business to customers to trigger their interest and attention towards our product. New innovative copywriting has proven to become the contributors to the product placement in the society. The expansion of technology has brought us to the world with information circulation and news dissemination, for the entrepreneurs who wants to excel on their field, utilising such technologies might give so many advantages.
Introduction of ENT530 subject in Mara University of Technology (UiTM) is a promising starter for students who want to ventures in this sector of employment. This subject also highlighted all opportunities and incentive given by the government to help and support new entrepreneurs to success in this field. With all lesson learnt, I definitely believe everyone can be an entrepreneur and contribute to our society.
