• Inclusive educators believe in valuing student differences and supporting their learning needs to the greater extent possible (Nicole Eridics)
• Cherish uniqueness and respect differences (D'oria Islamiah Rosli) Accessibility considerations:
• IOER design focus on minor impairment of visual and auditory signal users
• Full impaired users require someone to assists them before they browse the content
• After they have familiar to control the narrator or magnifier tools, then they can easily access the entire content by their own.
• Most of the colour used in the IOER resources considers colour blind users which grey scale and primary colour used for the content
• Graphics used were named meaningfully with a caption that describe about the image and it’s content
Lessons Learnt:
• More aware about the importance of sharing the information that I develop to be inclusive and for all
• Include universal design elements in developing T&L content and cherish uniqueness among users
• Adopt equality elements in designing and developing T&L content and respect differences

Rationale of developing content as iOER:
Rationale of developing content as iOER is to reduce the digital divide and promote digital competencies. At the same time, it might provide cognitive delivery and soft-psychomotor development spontaneously. The aspiration is to help color-blind with other learning abilities and get the same point as normal learners. In short, this developing content can extend the variety of teaching and learning approaches without ignoring the special group.
Accessibility consideration:
1. Colours Contrast: Exploiting appropriate contrast between different page elements, such as the text, picture, and background, is significant for low-sighted and color- blind users.
2. Hyperlinks: Ensure links are unique by a touch other than color. An underline is typical and does the job. Moreover, the label is somewhat useful, short, and descriptive.
3. Style Focus: To help keyboard-only consumers express where they are on a page without a mouse cursor, browsers can, by default, display a focus ring around the presently focused element.
Frequently, this is turned off because designers find it visually unappealing, but it can be essential to those using a keyboard to navigate your site. If you are going to remove the default style focus, be sure to replace it with something else to denote the focus. Alternatively, have a style focus activated only when using the keyboard to navigate, not the mouse.
4. Hierarchy and Layout: Retain the hierarchy and layout of the page as logical and organized, and everyone can easily read and observe the point you want to deliver. Make sure key information is visible and follows a consistent and
understandable structure. Some content management systems provide compatible tools for handling structured data, making it easier to build accessible pages.
Lessons learnt from this project:
This project is endorsed as learning, teaching, and research materials in somewhat format and medium inherent in the public domain or under the copyright that has been released under an open license that permits no-cost access, re-use, re-purpose adaptation, and redistribution by others. The idea is to encourage the learner to know about the content provided, motivate the particular group to participate in learning and enhancing the skills, and take the initiative as the initial platform to expand or change the content. Hopefully, this simple project might benefit and impact all, and any suggestions and comments after this should be counted and considered for continuous quality improvement. Little by little, one travels far...

Introduction to Sustainability Type of iOER:
Rationale:
Sustainability is an important concept for a better future. The concept should be understood by all global citizens, despite diversity and disabilities.
Accessibility consideration:
The accessibility features that were considered while developing the resources include appropriate font size, simple table, and inclusion of screen reader navigation.
Lesson learnt:
The significance of providing learning materials that can be accessed by all global citizens, regardless of their background or ability.

Case Study: Job Aspiration and Job Satisfaction End-user:
Students from Bachelor of Human Development Science UPM and other students in Social Studies
Type of iOER:
Powerpoint Video with closed captions Rationale of developing content as iOER:
The skills to understand and discuss a case study are important for students in social studies as they learn about theories related to human behaviours. Using case studies in teaching is significant to allow students to relate those theories with the actual situations.
Accessibility considerations:
The video is uploaded to YouTube and the visibility is set as public. The subtitle or closed captions are also added to the video to cater to people with hearing
disabilities. The black box with white font is set for close captions to ease the reading. Moreover, the slides are not condensed with wordy text and to ensure better understanding for those who have problems with mental processing, the lecture is set to have a reasonable pace.
Lessons learnt from this project:
Technical aspects in creating iOER content. The disability spectrum is wide,
therefore many considerations should be taken into account to ensure accessibility
in education. iOER is important to uphold the slogan of ‘Education for All’. With just
a simple act of putting extra effort into our everyday tasks, we could fulfil the need
of other people.
How will you share your iOER:
Physical and/or online sharing sessions may be conducted to share about iOER with my colleagues. A workshop also may be organised to allow more practical training in creating IOER content.
