KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) was recently awarded the Highly Commended High-Rise Architecture award at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards (APPA) 2014-2015 for the M City at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
M City’s architecture features ground-breaking concept of gardens in the sky, with its award-winning Multi-Thematic Hanging Gardens. This concept is fleshed out in the form of six gardens which are interspersed at six floors from each other.
Beginning from Lagoon Park at Level 7, the Bamboo Grove on level 11 is another dedicated garden level in the M City building, followed by other garden levels – Spring Park on level 17, Altitude Sky Club on level 23 and Tropical Sanctuary on level 29, topped by the Sky Garden on Level 35, which doubles up as a green roof.
