Summary

The analysis result indicates that

businesses of SMEs in tourism industry experiencing opportunities to expand, with a need for local government support as competition within the industry are balance and neutral.

Technology has become an important instrument for tourism SMEs expanding their business, provided the ability to be adaptive, and large competitors are

perceived to be game change wihtin the industry.
