MAHALLAH REGISTRATION FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS SEMESTER 1, 2020/2021

1. Advance payment for hostel fee is to be paid to the ‘UIAM Student Account’ account no. 14070000005719 (Bank Muamalat Berhad). A copy of the payment slip must be emailed/ submitted to the Finance Student Unit and RSD/ Mahallah office for record purposes.

2. The hostel fee includes the basic electrical appliances fee of RM 12.50 for the following electrical appliances:
i. Set of personal computer with printer/ Laptop charger ii. Handphone charger
iii. Electric Kettle iv. Bread Toaster v. Hair Dryer vi. Iron/ Steam Iron
3. The registration period is on 1st October 2020 (Tuesday) until 12th October 2020 (Wednesday) from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (office hour only, exclude Saturday and Sunday).
Rooms reserved will be released to other students for those who failed to register within stipulated dates without notifying the Residential and Services Department (rsd.rmu@iium.edu.my) .
4. Students with confirmed payment of hostel fee but did not turn up during Mahallah registration which room will be released to other students, the payment made will remain in the student account and be brought forward to the coming Semester.
5. Upon Mahallah registration, please submit the followings:
i. A copy of the hostel fee payment slip ii. Letter of the Undertaking (LOU)
