The Office of the City Mayor imposes Extreme Community Quarantine in certain areas of Barangay Highway Hills and Barangay Mauway. The order prescribed the following for its enforcement:

- Strict home quarantine of all residents and prohibition of entry except for essential workers;

- Issuance and use of quarantine pass hence, only those with a quarantine pass are allowed to leave their house; and

- PNP-Mandaluyong shall enforce these quarantine measures.

The Office of the City Mayor issues the following guidelines and protocols in handling, transport, and disposal of the cadaver of the deceased during the period of ECQ, regardless of the cause of death:

- Burying or cremating the deceased within 48 hours after death or 24 hours if the deceased was positive for COVID-19 or was a person under investigation (PUI) or person under monitoring (PUM); and

- Holding of wakes is prohibited.

Executive Order May 04 , 2020 Mandaluyong City

The Office of the City Mayor imposes a total lockdown in Welfareville Compound in Barangay Addition Hills for the purpose of mass rapid diagnostic testing for COVID-19.

The total lockdown shall be from May 7 to May 13, 2020. Moreover, all offices and establishments within Welfareville shall be closed, except for the Correctional institution for Women, DOH, Commission on Population and Development, and the dialysis center.

Furthermore, only water and LPG delivery services shall be allowed to enter the Compound.
