The Office of the City Mayor imposes a total lockdown in Welfareville Compound in Barangay Addition Hills for the purpose of mass rapid diagnostic testing for COVID-19.
The total lockdown shall be from May 7 to May 13, 2020. Moreover, all offices and establishments within Welfareville shall be closed, except for the Correctional institution for Women, DOH, Commission on Population and Development, and the dialysis center.
Furthermore, only water and LPG delivery services shall be allowed to enter the Compound.
