Executive Order May 15, 2020 Bulacan Province The Office of the Governor downgraded ECQ to Modified ECQ in the Province of Bulacan.
In line with this, the province adopted the following guidelines:

- Ordered minimum health protocols such as face masks, physical distancing, thermal scanning, and regular sanitation
- Restricted travel and movement to accessing essential goods and services, work in offices of industries permitted to operate
- Limited public transportation subject ot the guidelines of LTFRB and DOTr - Prohibited mass gatherings and holding of funeral wakes for COVID-19 casualties - Maintained the skeletal and work from home arrangements in government offices - Suspended face-to-face classes
- Allowed activities and business of essential goods and services - Allowed resumption of construction

Executive Order March 16, 2020 Cavite Province This order places the Province of Cavite under Community Quarantine due to the COVID- 19 outbreak. During the quarantine, people are ordered to stay at home at all times and can only go out to buy basic necessities, seek medical consultation, or take out the garbage. A curfew was also imposed from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. This order lists further guidelines for the community quarantine and the establishments that are to be temporarily closed.
