NAMRIA GAD Activities.
One of NAMRIA’s activities for its Gender and Development (GAD) program and to celebrate Women’s Month was the Pinay In Action (PIA) 5K and 10K Fun Walk/Run 2007 held last 18 March at the Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. An advocate of physical fitness himself, Administrator Diony A. Ventura authorized the participation of a total of 44 employees including their dependents. Shown in the picture is Senator Pia Cayetano with the NAMRIA runners.Seminars on therapeutic massage, basic entrepreneurship, and novelty giveaways have also been held on three consecutive Wednesdays. The last seminar, the Nestle/
Del Monte Budget Meals Cooking Demonstration, will be held on 28 March 2007 at the NAMRIA Lecture Hall.
