ALBATROSS VALIENTE

Last Sunday's game was a real victory. It was victory on the court, victory in the bleachers. And the victory in the bleachers countedas much as the victory on the court!

"AND IF I SHOULD WIN, LET IT BE BY THE CODE."

Overshadowed, perhaps, by the smashing victory of ghe Seniors werethe valiant, hard-fighting Jun iors. Even in defeat they deserved our praise and admiration. With the Juniors we lost heroically the court but won victoriously in the bleachers.

"AND IF I SHOULD LOSE, LET ME STAND BY THE ROAD,

AND CHEER AS THE WINNER GOES BY."

LET'S GET TOGETHER!

Is the Ateneo different today? Has our size, our numbers, made us less unified, less interested in each other, less willingto help our fellow Ateneans? If it has, theunderlying reason lies inthe disadvantage of numbers. We are not well enoughacquainted with each other tomake cooperation easy. After all, it's hard to make 2000 friends.
