Pagninilay:
Amen.
Panalangin:
San Juan Bautista De La Salle … Ipanalangin mo kami!
Hesus, manatili ka sa aming mga puso … Magpakailanman!
Amen.

Suggestions for allowing Jesus to LIVE and REIGN in our Hearts
1. Consider what habits or attitudes prevent you from following Christ as you would want to. Read the gospels to discover what Jesus would say or do regarding this. What ‘antidote’ virtue or attitude is he recommending? Spend some time prayerfully reflecting on this virtue and attitude as Jesus teaches or witnesses to it. Apply it to your life. Beg the Lord for the grace to acquire this attitude or virtue. Ask him to live in you and give you this dispositions. End with a concrete resolution to do something to put this attitude or virtue into practice.
(Valenzuela, Living the Lasallian Spirit)
From the JHS MAPEH Department 1. For Reiteration:
a. Practices during weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and during no class days are not allowed.
b. Students who will use the classroom during break time and beyond class hours for practices should secure a pass from the Grade Moderator. Getting of the pass should be done prior to the practice time and not while you are already using the classroom.
c. Monitored preparations and practices for the Intramurals activities and contests by the MAPEH teachers will be done during MAPEH classes only. If the classes, in coordination with their homeroom advisers, opted to practice beyond class hours, the following provisions shall be observed:
• Up to 5pm (curfew time) – There is no need of parents’ waiver. Just inform the students ahead of time so that they can also inform their parents.
• Up to 6pm only (no more extension) – There is a need of parents’ waiver.
• In both cases, adviser’s presence is expected.
From the Grade Moderators' Office
1. Classes who are conducting their practices in their room during lunch break and dismissal time are reminded to secure a permit from the GMs' Office. Furthermore, you are reminded not to eat and play inside the classroom during the practices. Use your time wisely.
2. The new student handbook had already been distributes. Please take time to read the content of the handbook. There are several changes which have been implemented. If you have questions, please feel free to ask your respective GM 3. Commendation to Ms. Jasmin Inciong and Mr. Aldwin Baldovino for submitting the homeroom grades on time.

FROM THE OVCAD – INSTITUTIONAL HEALTH SERVICES:
SIGHT SAVING-MONTH What Is Conjunctivitis?
Conjunctivitis is the most common eye problem kids can have. It can cause redness; itching; inflammation or swelling; and a clear or white, yellow, or greenish gooey liquid to collect in the eyes.
It's called pinkeye because the white part of the eye and inside the eyelids became red or pink when you have it. Pinkeye may start in one eye, but many people get conjunctivitis in both eyes at the same time. Conjunctivitis usually doesn't hurt, but itching can be annoying. Sometimes it feels like you have an eyelash or a speck of sand in your eye and can't get it out.
Adults, especially parents and teachers who spend a lot of time with kids, can get conjunctivitis too. Conjunctivitis lasts a short time, usually about a week or less, and then goes away by itself or after treatment.
How Do I Get Conjunctivitis?
Kids get conjunctivitis for different reasons. Most kids get it from bacteria viruses. This is called infectious conjunctivitis.
Bacteria can be seen only with a powerful microscope, and viruses are even smaller than bacteria! Bacteria live on your skin or in your nose or mouth all the time and you never know it. Most don't ever bother you, but certain kinds of bacteria can cause infections like conjunctivitis.
Sometimes kids get ear infections when they have conjunctivitis because the same bacteria can cause both problems.
Viruses, like the kind that can give you a cold, can cause conjunctivitis, too. Conjunctivitis is easy to catch just through touching. You can get conjunctivitis by touching the hand of an infected friend who has touched his or her eyes. If you then touch your eyes, the infection can be spread to you. Washing your hands often with warm, soapy water is the best way to avoid being infected with conjunctivitis.
