for OFFICE 0F THE DIRECTOR FOR ADIvllNISTRATIVE & MANAGEMENT SER\/lcE with the following QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor in Industrial Technology major in Automotive/ High school Graduate / Completion of Vocational Course

• Training: None Required

• Experience: At least one (1) year experience in auto repair shop, maintenance and troubleshooting of motor vehicles.

• Eligibility: Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1 , 2, 3)

• Skills: Demonstrated abilfty in driving. Automotwe servicing Nc ll / Driving Nc ll.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repairs, adjusts and overhauls gasoline and diesel engines and all type ofautomotive equipment;

• Disassembles motors and performs general overhauling;

• Keeps records of repairs made, parts ordered, and time spent on each job;

• Repairs auxiliary equipment;

• Supervises and participates in the work oflowerievel mechanics performing preventive maintenance and tuning of automotive equipment such as checking automotive parts to determine causes of breakdown, replacing uneerviceable parts, and making minor repairs;

• Receives schedule of automotive equipment to be inspected and gives assignment;

• Prepares work orders for automotive equipment that needs general overhauling;

• Drive automobiles or other vchicles anytime their services are needed;

• Maintains and services vehicles operated;

• Checks working condition ofvchicles;

• Checks "BLO\/VBAGETS" (Battery, light, Oil, Water, Brake, Alr, Gas, Engine, Tire, and self) procedure on the assigned vehicle;

• Recommends the repair of damaged parts;

• Submits monthly diesel/kilometer consumption report of the vehicles used;

• Doesrelatedwork.

4. Performance rating in the last rating period (for private companies/ institution) / lpcR for government;

5. Photocopy of the fdilowing supporting documents: (Original copies shall be presented for validation) o Transcript of Records

o Diploma

o Certificate of Grades (number of units earned in Graduate studies (if applicable) o Seminar/ Certificates attended forthe last five (5) years

o Certificate of Board of Ratings / Eligib.ilfty (if app"cable) o Certificate/s of Employment signed by previous employer.
