B. Any Non-Teaching Personnel or academic Support Personnel with an evaluation score of (S) Satisfactory or lower than (S) Satisfactory (3.99 and lower) is automatically disqualified from applying for Merit Re-Ranking.
C. Effectivity of the Salary adjustment due to Merit Re-Ranking is June 01, 2019.
D. Merit System
1. Those garnering a total of 18 to 20 points will be entitled to a pay adjustment by (2) two levels to the right.
2. Those garnering a total of 14 to 17 points will be entitled to a pay adjustment by (1) one level to the right.
3. Those garnering a total of 10 to 13 points will be entitled to a one-time bonus of 7.5% of his/her monthly salary.
E. Lasallian Partner Awardee (except Perfect Attendance and Longevity/Service Awardees) will also merit 1 bonus point.
