Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for the SRAsst.
Science Research Assistant Contractual (P20,383.20/mo) SG 9 Qualification:
• Must be a graduate of bachelor's degree in any course;
• Experience in a government office is an advantage;
• Result-oriented, analytical and can work under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Possesses good interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
• Must be team-player, good working attitude, commitment and dedication;
• Knowledgeable in computer office applications (presentation preparation, spreadsheets, MS word)
Job Description:
• Prepares reports such as Inventory Reports, Observation Reports, Property Transfer Reports, Deed of Donations and other relevant documents;
• Coordinate balances of booked/ liquidated PCIEERD-GIA funded projects with equipment outlay/ fabrication equipment to accounting section
• Assist the property management in monitoring of purchase documents submission under PCIEERD-GIA & DOST GIA funded projects with equipment outlay/ fabrication equipment
• Assist the in the conduct of inventory of equipment under PCIEERD-GIA & DOST GIA funded projects with equipment outlay/ fabrication equipment
• Prepares communication letter and conducts follow ups e.g Notice of inventory, JEV No., Memorandum etc.
