SUBJECT: Establishment of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs at the University of the Philippines Los Bafios and reorganization of the offices there. The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA) is hereby established, while the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is abolished. Accordingly, the tasks of the abolished office are transferred to the Office of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs.

Offices/units under the supervision of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. To assist the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs in meeting the psychological, social, emotional, educational and vocational needs of the students; To assist the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs in serving as the University's center of information, activities, and services for international students;

With the creation of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, the Office of Student Affairs under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs is deemed to be abolished. OSA will be absorbed by the respective offices/units under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.

HEALTH SERVICES COORDINATING COMMITTEE STRUCTURE

The Executive Vice President of the University is hereby designated as Chairman of the HSCC. The Chairman has the power to notify the HSCC of its meetings and submit its annual report. An Advisory Board, consisting of at least three (3) members, is appointed by the president of the university on the recommendation of the committee.

This Advisory Council shall advise and guide the HSCC in the implementation of this Administrative Order. The HSCC shall meet at least four (4) times per year and provide specific guidelines, with the concurrence of the President of the University and the Board of Regents, for the implementation of policies in this Executive Order. The HSCC must also submit to the President of the University and the Board of Regents an annual report by the end of each year.

The stated annual report also contains plans and coordination programs for the following year. Any budget release by any member of the CU Health Services Coordination services pursuant to this order shall be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Finance (OVPPF) to ensure a consistent internal operating budget.

Management and Financial Administration

The Executive Vice President, the Chancellors of UP Diliman, UP Manila and UPLB, the Director of UP PGH and the Vice President for Planning and Finance, or their designated representatives, are formed into a Health Services Coordinating Committee for the implementation of this Administrative Order.

The formation of the committee is UP's course of action to address the audit findings. Henceforth, the Ad Hoc Committee will regularly conduct a physical count once a year to ensure the accuracy of data and the presence of fixed assets in the System Offices. The Chair, Members, Support Staff and Secretariat/Support Staff are entitled to honoraria at Level 1 rates for ad hoc committees upon submission of their report.

The costs of the committee shall be charged to an appropriate fund to be determined by the Vice President for Planning and Finance. I hereby appoint you as the President's Representative on the Search Committee for the Dean of the College of Science, UP Cebu.

Expenses, if any, as well as honoraria, will be borne by the Office of the President. The Committee on Academic Affairs, chaired by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, with the support of the System Cluster Committees on Promotions, is completing its deliberations on the appeals and will submit its recommendations to my Office for approval by the Board of Regents in mid-March . in its next meeting. Due to the need to provide bridging funds to cover the salary disparities of the faculty of UP Mindanao pending the notification of organization. Amount of One-Time Gratuity Pay

Workers whose services were hired through Job Orders (JOs), Contracts of Work (COS) and other similar schemes (such as projects) and whose contracts were still valid on 15 December 2019 are eligible, provided they have completed satisfactory work . to receive a one-time tip. The units shall prepare a disbursement certificate/pay slip with the unit manager's certification (see attached official document) that the worker had valid contract(s) effective from 15 December 2019 and were performing at least satisfactory service on the same date. Disbursements will be charged to their available maintenance and other operating expense (MOOE) allocation, from which employee benefits are derived.
