Abstract
STI Online Grade Inquiry (STIOGI) is a web-based application and served as an extension of the existing system of the institution that provides students' grades
conceming their académie performances. The system eliminated the need for the students to fall in line in the Registrar's Office in order for them to get their grades. The students will only need to visit the system online and supply their Identification Number and Password for validation and the system will allow the student to view their grades on their varions enrolled subjects. On the other hand, the system helped the teachers to input the grades of their students even in the comfort of their homes as long as they have access
to the Internet.
The primary aim of the project is to provide another much easy way for students of STI Collège - Général Santos on accessing and viewing their grades and remarks. This project also gives STI Teachers a convenient way in submitting their grades anytime anywhere as long as they have access to the Internet.
STIOGI system developed using HTML for the Client Side and PHP for the Server Side
with the use of MySQL as database management. The development followed the Spiral Model Paradigm because this method fit the system development phase.
