The Bulacan State University invites applicants for the following positions:

1. Application letter addressed to the University President Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon 2. Comprehensive Resume with one (1) Recent Passport Size Photo.
3. Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph 4. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (IPCR and Faculty
Evaluation) (if applicable)
5. Photocopy of the supporting documents: (Original copies shall be presented for validation)
o Transcript of Records o Diploma
o Seminar/Certificates attended within last five years o Certificate of Board of Ratings/Eligibility (if applicable) o Certificate/s of Employment signed by previous employer o Other NBC 461 required documents
• All documents must be sent electronically to the above-mentioned email
addresses on or before August 20, 2020. (An extension to the deadline was made in consideration of the current MECQ situation). The date of submission of the hard copies for certification and validation will be announced later. (This is in
adherence to the safety and health measures during the pandemic)
• Qualifications to the position applied for must match the qualification standard as per List of Unfilled Faculty Positions.
• All files must be placed in an electronic/digital folder according to group/cluster (e.g certificates of trainings and seminars attended in one folder; published works,
etc.in another folder). Each set of attachments per digital folder must include a table of contents/summary page as the first page.
• All supporting documents must be arranged according to the order of the written information in the NBC PDS Summary.
• All electronic folders or supporting documents must be placed altogether in a zipped file/folder upon submission.
