POSTPONEMENT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE OF THE DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS
Notice is hereby given to all prospective bidders for the “
Provision of Janitorial Services for the University- Main and External Campuses (G-2023-08)
” of the BULACAN STATE UNIVERSITY. As per Invitation to Bid, the deadline for submission and opening of bids is on January 23, 2023, 1:00 PM, the President of the Philippines declared Monday, January 23, 2023 as Special (Non- working) Day in the Province of Bulacan- Proclamation no. 117 Malacanang.Also, please be informed that due to technical issues that need to be resolved, the scheduled deadline for submission and opening of bids on January 23, 2023 at the Ground Floor, E-library building, Bulacan State University, Malolos City, Bulacan is hereby POSTPONED until further notice.
Rest assured, however, that all prospective bidders will be informed of the new schedule at least seven (7) calendar days before the deadline of submission and opening of bids.
