FINANCE

Adjustment to the fees will be indicated in the KOR and signed by the Accounting Staff (authorized by the Head of the Accounting Office). Fees to be paid by the student will be stored in the computerized Enrollment System. All templates/data will be filed in a binder and encoded in the online submission of budget proposal (OSBP).

The budget proposal is discussed with the President for review and approval prior to the scheduled Finance Committee meeting. Deliverables: The President's Budget Proposal (hard copy) is submitted at or before the scheduled 4th Quarter Board meeting for budget approval. The availability of funds is checked if they are included in the approved annual public procurement plan (APP).

ORS/BURS/ FFRS will be signed by the Budget Officer and submitted to Accounting Office within the day. Updated RAOPS, RAOMO, RAOCO. For regular entries and Tenant, approved assessment form will be submitted for verification on computerized entry system.

The proposal is submitted for review and approval (to the CAO and/or vice presidents) within 5 working days.

If the student's name is misspelled, the faculty assessor must write the student to the student administration to correct the student's name.
