EVALUATION OF THE CHM INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS IN THE PERCEPTION OF BOTH FACULW
MEMBERS AND GRADUATING STUDENTS

The study aimed to evaluate the CHM instructional programs in the perception
of
both the faculty members and the graduatingstudents which included students enrolled in different programs of
the college.
It
sought to determine the profile of the respondents to identify the enhancement strategies. The researcher used the IPO model which includedthe
data gathering procedures, through questionnaires and interview, statistical analysisof
data using frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean and non- parametric statistics such as Mann-Whitney Test. This served asbasis
for
evaluatingthe
perceptionof faculty
members and studentsfor
the enrichment of the program, The results showedthat the evaluation of both the faculty members and students on instructional programs components were very good. However, the difference was tested using the Mann-Whitney Test was shown to be non-significant. Therefore,
