Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for the Science Research Analyst.
(3) Science Research Analysts - Contractual (P23,544.00/rn) SG 11
Qualification:
• Graduate of BS Degree in Accountancy;
• With 1 year relevant experience;
• At least 12 hours relevant training;
• Knowledge on Procurement, COA circulars, NGAS and Project Management is an advantage;
• Preferably with experience in government accounting;
• Preferably with CPA licensure;
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication and coordination skills;
• Result-oriented, resourceful and can work with minimum supervision
• Must be team-player, good working attitude, commitment and dedication;
• Must know how to use in computer office applications (presentations, spreadsheets, MS word);
Job Description:
• Prepare, analyze Financial Reports based on DOST guidelines and applicable forms used;
• Monitors, update and submit working paper status of each project;
• Reconcile subsidiary ledger of each project as per FR submitted with corresponding attachment of Accounts Payable and Equipment Outlay;
• Coordinates and follow up with the Project Leader! Project Manager on the submission of the documents;
