SUBJECT : Call for Submission of RLC/CWLC Applications, 1st Semester 2021-2022 DATE : 01 September 2021

We are now accepting applications for Research Load Credit/Creative Work Load Credit (RLC/CWLC) for the 1st Semester AY 2021-2022. All submissions must be done electronically.

Please take note of the following reminders:

A Faculty member should download and fill-out the

RLC/CWLC

application form (See Annex A for the form) Please also download and fill-out the project contract (see Annex B) if necessary and save it as PDF and send it to the email address of the Department/Institute for endorsement.

The Dept./Inst. should submit to the College the signed PDF application form and project contract (if necessary) sent through email by the faculty and endorsed by the Dept. Chair.

The College evaluates and endorses the RLC/CWLC application form of the faculty and project contract (if necessary) and return it back to the faculty individually thru email.

The College will submit a complete list/summary of faculty/RLC/CWLC endorsed

applications at rlc.cwlc.upd.edu.ph (See Annex C for the template)

Once the faculty received the fully endorsed application form from the College, the faculty will now fill- out the Google form https://tiny.one/mwcwb tb3 and upload the required files.

The OVCRD through the Research

Management Office (RMO) checks the complete list and validates through the responses from the Google form.

The OVCRD endorses the transmittal slip to the Office of the Chancellor through the Office of the Academic Affairs.

3.0 units and below will only be endorsed by OVCRD level The deadline for

submission to OVCRD is on Friday, 24 Sept 2021.

The Google form will be open until Friday, 24 Sept 2021.

OVCRD will send the approved Transmittal Letter to the College/Unit on 12 Nov 2021.

Since we are still in a pandemic, please consider the safety of everyone involved in a research project. Please refer to the COVID-19 advisories issued by the UP Diliman and the relevant guidelines from the Department of Health.
