Introduction
Objective
The participants in this study were two Thai professors who had experience teaching a class in which Thai students and Cambodian students were enrolled. The data from this interview with Thai and Cambodian students and two Thai professors were professionally transcribed and rechecked for accuracy.
Findings

In addition, Thai students reported that some Cambodian students used their mother tongue in a sentence. Similarly, in the interview, Cambodian students also reported difficulties in communicating with Thai students in classrooms.
Sociocultural Bias
It can be concluded that both Thai students and Cambodian students faced communication problems where communication failed. It can be concluded that both Thai students and Cambodian students expect the interlocutor to have native language skills.
Discussion
In this study, communication strategies (circumcision, approximation, confirmation check and comprehension check) were necessary to solve the communication problems. In addition, this study presented communication strategies for student-student communication (Thai students and Cambodian students) in the ELF context, which is quite limited in Thailand.
Conclusion
The above discussion showed that the students lacked communication skills such as listening comprehension skills and insufficient vocabulary needs. Communication strategies are the necessities that students need to know to function effectively in communication as they can help students fulfill their knowledge and overcome language difficulties.

Moreover, the choice to focus on what is necessary for listening is in the limitation of time.
Research Objectives
As an intern at this workplace, the researcher focuses on some auditory and oral English communication problems of the tourist assistants. For the data collection, the researcher used the final version of the interview questions to collect the actual data from the seven tourist assistants.
Results and Discussion
TAC officers’ background information
There were two ways the researcher used to collect the interview data: face-to-face interview and the messenger-use interview. The researcher used the responses of the seven participants to analyze TAC officers' English hearing and oral communication problems.
TAC officers’ problems in English listening-speaking skills
Moreover, some of them said that it was difficult because they did not understand what the tourists would want to say. On the other hand, one participant said she did not have this problem because she was an English major.
TAC officers’ solutions to the problems
It can be said that all of these 10. appropriate were the methods used by some officers to solve speech problems. Moreover, the solutions to the hearing and speech problems of the tour assistants were different.
