Development of internal quality assurance in educational management at Ban Nong Tao School, Amphoe Kaeng Sanam Nang. The purpose of this study was to examine the internal quality assurance of educational management at three selected educational institutions that passed the external assessment in round 2 with best practice and to develop the internal quality assurance operating system for educational management at Ban Nong Tao School, Amphoe Kaeng Sanam Nang under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area Zone 6. The group of 23 research participants consisted of administrators and teachers of Ban Nong Tao School, and the group of 45 informants consisted of administrators and teachers of the schools that passed the best practice external assessment.

For the internal quality assurance of educational management in educational institutions that passed the external assessment in the second round with best practice, the following results were found. In developing educational management for internal quality assurance at Ban Nong Tao School, participatory action research was adopted over a year.

The Leadership Styles of Complete Secondary School Administrators under the Education Department in Vientiane Metropolis of the Lao

Leadership Styles of Complete Secondary School Administrators in the Department of Education in Vientiane Metropolis, Laos. This study aimed to examine and compare school staff opinions on the leadership styles of all secondary school principals within the Department of Education in the Vientiane metropolis of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, stratified by gender, employment status, and school location. The results of the study revealed that assistant principals and teachers considered the leadership styles of school administrators to be at a high level overall and in every respect.

The assistant administrators and teachers with differences in gender, employment status and school location believed that the leadership styles of the school administrators as a whole and in every aspect were not different. The assistant administrators and differently gendered teachers believed that the school administrators' leadership styles in sharing leadership and condition-changing leadership were different at the .05 level of significance.

Comparisons of Learning Outcomes and Analytical Thinking on Meaning and Scope of Statistics Measures of Central Tendency Measures of

The purpose of this study was: 1) to develop courseware in the statistical meaning and scope of statistics, measures of central tendency, and measures of variability for higher professional level 1 with a required efficiency of 80/80, 2) to use the effectiveness index of the developed courseware, 3) to compare learning achievements, analytical thinking and retention of the students who learned with the help of the developed courseware and those who learned with the conventional approach, and 4) to measure student satisfaction with the developed courseware to compare. They were selected by the cluster random sampling technique and randomly divided into an experimental group of 38 students who learned with the help of the developed courseware, and a control group of 26 students who learned with the conventional approach. The students who learned with the help of the developed courseware and those who learned with the help of the conventional approach did not show different learning performance and analytical thinking.

The students who learned using the developed course materials and those who learned using the conventional approach were able to maintain their learning after two weeks of learning at 91.00 and 90.52 respectively, which was a difference at the .05 level of significance. The students who learned with the developed course material showed a high level of satisfaction with the course material as a whole.

Effects of Learning through Courseware and Group Learning Using Jigsaw on Learning Achievement and Creative Thinking of Prathomsueksa 3

Journal of Education, Mahasarakham University Volume 3 Number 1 January-March 2009 .. This research aimed 1) to develop a course material and group learning using Jigsaw titled good citizen on social, religion and culture with required effectiveness of 80/80, 2) to study the effectiveness index of the courseware and group learning using Jigsaw, 3) to compare learning performance and creative thinking of students before learning and after learning using courseware and group learning using Jigsaw, and 4) to learning performance and creative thinking of students between those two groups of students. They were selected by a cluster random sampling technique and divided into 2 experimental groups: group 1 consisted of 33 students who learned through courseware, and group 2 consisted of 34 students who learned through group learning using Jigsaw . The instruments used for the study included a course material, plan for group learning using Jigsaw, a test on learning achievement and a test on creative thinking.

The developed course material and group learning with Jigsaw had an effectiveness index of 0.8388 and 0.7362, respectively. The two groups of students indicated gains in learning performance and creative thinking, compared to before learning, at a significance level of .05.

A Comparison of the Effects of Stipattan 4 Meditation Practice Based on Luang Phor Jarun Thitathummo and Group Counseling Based on RogerÕ. The study aimed: 1) to compare the effects of Stipattan 4 meditation practice based on Luang Phor Jarun Thitathummo on EQ before and after, 2) to compare the effects of group counseling based on Roger's principles on EQ before and after , and 3) compared the effects of Stipattan 4 meditation practice based on Luang Phor Jarun Thitathummo and group counseling based on Roger's principles on EQ. The tools were the exercise plan on Stipattan 4 meditation based on Laung Phor Jarun Thitathummo, group counseling program based on Roger's principles, emotional quotient evaluation form and EQ observation form.

The emotional quotient of the teachers who underwent Stipattan 4 meditation practice, based on Luang Phor Jarun Thitathummo, showed an increase in EQ compared to before the training at the .05 level of. Teachers treated with Stipattan 4 meditation, based on Luang Phor Jarun Thitathummo, showed no different emotional quotient than those treated with Roger's principles on counseling activities.

Comparisons of Ability in Analytical Thinking, Number Sense and Mathematics Learning Achievements Entitled Decimals of Prathomsueksa

The goals of this research were: 1) the development of organizational learning activities entitled çdecimalsé following cooperative learning activities using the STAD technique and the traditional approach according to the 75/75 efficient criteria, 2) to find the effectiveness index of both. organization of learning activities, 3) to compare students' analytical thinking, number sense and learning achievement between before and after learning based on cooperative learning activities and using the traditional approach, and 4) to compare thinking student analytics, number sense, and learning achievement between two groups of students. The experimental group learned using cooperative learning activities using the STAD technique while the control group learned using the traditional approach. The research instruments were: lesson plans of cooperative learning activities using the STAD technique and the traditional approach, an analytical thinking test, a number sense test and an achievement test.

The developed cooperative learning activities using STAD technique and the traditional approach indicated an effectiveness of respectively at the .01 level of significance. The effectiveness index of the developed cooperative learning activities using STAD technique and the traditional approach was 0.7103 and 0.5535 respectively.

Comparison of Learning Achievement and Critical Thinking of Matthayomsueksa 1 Student Entitled Geography of Thailand between

The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out the efficiency and effectiveness indices of the cooperative learning and normal learning entitled Thailand geography at the criterion 80/80, 2) to compare learning performance and critical thinking between before learning and after learning by means of cooperative learning and normal learning, and 3) to compare learning performance and critical thinking between cooperative learning and normal learning. They are divided into 2 groups; one represents an experimental group consisting of 40 students who learned through the cooperative learning and another represents a control group consisting of 40 students who learned through the normal learning. The used instruments of the study included plans of cooperative learning and normal learning, an achievement test and a critical thinking test.

Students who learned through cooperative learning and normal learning had significantly increased mean learning outcomes and critical thinking after learning at the 0.05 level. The learning achievement and critical thinking of students who learned through cooperative learning had significantly shown an increased mean score higher than those who learned through normal learning at the 0.05 level.
