Steering Strategy of Community Welfare Fund Based on Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy in Udon Thani Province
Management Strategy of Community Welfare Fund Based on Sufficient Economy Philosophy in Udon Thani Province .. The purpose of this research was 1) to study management problems and related factors of a Community Welfare Fund in Udon Thani Province, 2) to construct a management strategy of Community Welfare Fund based on a philosophy of sufficient economy in Udon Thani province and 3) to test and evaluate the results of the management strategy of the community welfare fund based on the philosophy of sufficient economy in Udon Thani province. Phase 1 was to use target groups consisting of 5 participants from the learning center for the welfare fund and 12 members from the welfare fund's committee, as well as interview and group discussion. These research findings showed: (1) The community welfare fund still had problems with unstable and unsustainable management caused by lack of knowledge, personnel, capital, network and management strategy. 2) There were 5 strategic questions 1) build, seek and develop appropriate knowledge, 2) develop effective follow-up and evaluation of the system, 3) develop a community database, 4) use virtue to help preserve the culture and help form a growing communities and 5) improving and expanding participatory networks and welfare funds; (3) Participants gained knowledge and learned to handle the process of strategic planning and management.

The Effectiveness of Different Written Corrective Feedback on Thai EFL Learners’ Writing

The effectiveness of different written corrective feedback on the writing of Thai EFL learners .. The aims of the current study were 1) to compare the effectiveness of direct written corrective feedback and electronic feedback on the writing performance of Thai EFL learners, and 2 ) to compare the effectiveness of written direct corrective feedback procedures and electronic feedback. The participants were 60 Thai EFL students at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University selected by purposive sampling. Two groups of participants received different feedback methods of direct written corrective feedback and electronic feedback.
The results of the study showed that there was no significant difference between the two forms of written feedback. The result of the study could contribute to the development of EFL writing in both academic and pedagogical aspects.
Introduction
Summary. The purposes of the current study were 1) to compare the effectiveness of direct written corrective feedback and electronic feedback on the writing performance of Thai EFL learners and 2) to compare the procedural effectiveness of direct written corrective feedback and electronic feedback. Written corrective feedback is considered one of the effective methods given in writing classrooms. First, direct corrective feedback may not be important enough for students to notice the comment, as space is limited in written pieces.
The current study used Google Document as a tool to address limitation of the written corrective feedback. The purpose of the study was 1) to compare the effectiveness of direct written corrective feedback and electronic feedback on Thai EFL learners' paragraph writing performance, and 2) to compare the procedural effectiveness of direct written corrective feedback and electronic feedback.
Review of Literature
For example, Bitchener and Knoch (2010) studied the effects of direct written corrective feedback on 53 ESL students. The students received direct WCF for 10 months and the result of the study indicated an improvement in writing skills. The results of the study indicated an improvement in writing skills, both grammatically and organizationally.
The benefit of direct corrective feedback in writing has been endorsed by researchers in the area as studies can show the development of writing skills of those who learn with the tutoring method. However, previous studies using direct feedback technology have not shown the benefits of the tools in terms of.
Research Methodology
Furthermore, live WCF has also been integrated with technological methods and proved to be effective. Technological tools have been applied to improve WCF directly and have been found to be useful for scripting development. The current study used Google Document as a technology tool to improve WCF live delivery processes with the following research questions.
The checklist is designed to be a holistic rubric with the full score of 5 (Mertler, 2001). The questionnaire was used for the study to investigate leaner perception in relation to receiving feedback from the different methods.
Results
The result of the study showed that students who received electronic feedback showed satisfaction with the method at a very high level (= 4.65), while students who received direct WCF reported high level satisfaction (= 4.32). Similarly, the mean score for time spent in electronic feedback was 6.45 minutes, while that for the direct WCF was 8.48. Furthermore, there was a significant difference between time spent giving feedback on the different methods at the 0.05 statistical level (p=0.015).
Discussions
Conclusion
The results of the study could contribute to the development of EFL writing by introducing an effective feedback method that consumed less time and responded to the learning environment in the present era. Other feedback methods could be integrated with technology to solve problems in the EFL writing classroom.

Information System Development for Agriculturist Data Management of Queen Sirikit Sericulture Center (Surin)
A study was conducted to examine the information system used to manage farmer data at the Queen Sirikit Sericulture Center (Surin), particularly the part of the system used to store data in a database. The stored data consisted of two parts consisting of the original data source recorded as a spreadsheet file and a new data source obtained from the Annual Farmer Information Survey. The data was entered into the database from a spreadsheet file with important data fields and correct coding.
The findings indicated that the original data, saved as a spreadsheet file, could be stored in the database with accurate data rows and columns (fields). When testing the recording of the agricultural experts' information, the data was stored alongside the original information which could be used efficiently for data processing and data presentation as graphs, maps and data texts.
