ABSTRACT

Research name The study of satisfaction in working of part-time lecturer at Rajaphat lnstitute Chiangmai

Researcher Mrs. Jirawan Boonmee

The study of satisfaction in activity of part - time lecturer at Rajaphat lnstitute Chiangmai which is the Quantitative Research. The objective of this research is the study of satisfaction in working and also find out personal factor that is affective with a satisfaction in working. The research will correcting by the population data which is the part-time lecturer in Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Human and Social Science, Faculty of Management and Faculty of Agriculture. addition, this part-time lecturer are working in third semester, 2546. Also, this research used the Questionnaire totally 86 papers and received 83 papers which is 96.51 percents. For the reason that, can not received 100 percents of the number of Questionnaire because twci - lecturer are retired within third semester, 2547 and one -

graduated during a researclnx will correcting the data.

The data were collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed with the use of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS for Windows Version 12.0). The statistic, which is used for an analyze general data is Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The statistic, which is used for test and hypothesis in significant level 0.05 is t- test, F-test, can conduce this research and shows that,

Most of part time lecturer is female, single, average age between 26 - 30 years old, graduated master degree, and not over one year for working.

The satisfaction of part - time lecturer is affective for lnstitute policy that is in average level but most of satisfaction for lnstitute policy is the variety of students enrollment and respond for local need.

The satisfaction of part - time lecturer is affective for relationship between colleague in high level, and in average level is the respectation and supporting.

level, and in lowest satisfaction is a salary and allowance of official.

The satisfaction of part - time lecturer is affective for general working that is in average level, the most satisfaction is relative with ability and knowledge, and lowest satisfaction is a progressing and stability.

The satisfaction of part - time lecturer is affective for type of lecturer job that is in high level, the average level is production and develop an educational aid.

The satisfaction of part - time lecturer is affective with job condition that is in average level and lowest level is thg timing of an employ.

The satisfaction of part - time lecturer is affective with another factor that is in average level, and for service quality of a personal supporting, a lecturer's lounge and lecture room or classroom are also in average level. The lowest satisfaction is education supporting resource and laboratory.

A result of testing a hypothesis find that a personal factor such as sex, status, education, Faculty and length of service are not affective with satisfaction in working at significant 0.05. For personal factor is affective with satisfaction in working at significant 0.05 that is an age and find that a part - time lecturer is difference in age is satisfy in a difference reward by a part - time lecturer is between 25 yearscold or lower, that they have more satisfy in reward than a part-time lecturer is more than 25 years old.
